Competition Name: atomica
Prize(s): $200 Gift Card, once a month for 6 months. Total of 6 gift cards to be won, at a total prize pool of $1,200.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter is atomica, subsidiary of Wesfarmers Health, 28 008 984 049 of 637 Flinders Street, Melbourne Victoria, 3000 (‘Promoter’).
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over.
4. Directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promotor or of the companies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
5. The competition commences on April 01 at 9:00am AEDT and concludes on July 13 (9:00am AEST.(‘Competition Period’).
6. To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Competition Period, must scan the QR Code at check-out and complete the atomica in-store experience survey, to go into the running for a $200 atomica gift-card.
7. All valid entries will be included in the competition draw.
8. The draw will take place at Wesfarmers Health Head Office, on the first Tuesday of every month by an atomica Team Member (Apr, May, June) at 10:00am.
9. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the Prize.
10. The Prize winner must arrange collection of the prize from their opted delivery address.
11. Winning IS NOT contingent on being present at the draw.
12. The Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other item or cash.
13. The Prize winner will be notified by email.
14. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the Prize winner. If the Prize is not claimed within 3 months after the Prize draw, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and an unclaimed prize draw will be held at Wesfarmers Health Support Office.
15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Personal information, including eligible entrant’s name, address, telephone number and email will be collected by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including local regulatory authorities and the Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the competition, or for promotional and marketing purposes (‘Purpose’).
17. By entering the competition all entrants hereby consent to the use of their personal information for the Purpose. A copy of Priceline’s privacy policy is available at www.priceline.com.au.
