Returns & exchange
policy

This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law and similar laws. In the event of an inconsistency between this policy and the Australian Consumer Law, the latter will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, including that the products:

  • are of acceptable quality;
  • are fit for purpose;
  • are safe to use; or
  • match the description or sample or demonstration model.

Products that do not meet the above guarantees are entitled to a refund or exchange. Customers may choose between a refund or exchange in such circumstances. A valid proof of purchase^ must be presented to receive a refund or exchange.

Change of mind

For change of mind purchases, products must be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing they qualify as eligible* products and valid proof of purchase^ is presented.

*Eligible products for change of mind

  • The product is in a re-saleable condition; (including that it is in its original packaging, including seals, wrapping, manuals and/or accessories).;
  • The product or packaging has not been opened.; • The product has not been used or damaged.; and
  • The product range is not listed below.

Excluded products for change of mind

  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Vitamins and Supplements
  • Baby/Infant Formula
  • Consumable items (such as food)
  • Products that have less than three (3) months until they expire; and
  • Any other products advertised as being non-refundable for change of mind
 

^Valid Proof of Purchase

  • Your original receipt or itemised credit card statement.
 

Offers incorporating free gifts and bundles

(e.g.: Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Gift with Purchase offers)

Where any product is purchased as part of a transaction qualifying for a free gift;  gift with purchase, bonus offer or bundle offer, the gift or bonus item/s and all items within the bundle offer must be returned in full.

How to return your product

  • In-store purchase:

Eligible product/s* can be presented to any Atomica store (ZipPay purchases must be returned to original store of purchase or online order fulfilment store) along with the valid proof of purchase^.
