Terms and Conditions

  1. Valid from 1 August 2024 
  2. The Sister Club card is issued by and remains the property of Priceline Pty Ltd ACN 005 768 310 (Priceline).
  3. Application for, and/or use of your Sister Club card, is deemed acceptance of these Sister Club Terms and Conditions.
  4. Definitions:
    (a) “Sister Club” in these Terms and Conditions includes any affinity club operated by Priceline (where applicable).
    (b) “Anniversary Date” the date you joined Sister Club
 

Accruing Tier Spend

  1. A minimum of $1 must be spent in a single purchase to accrue Tier Spend, which will be earned at a ratio of $1 for 1 Tier Spend (on eligible purchases).
  2. Sister Club membership has 3 tiers and is determined by the amount of Tier Spend you accrue in a consecutive 12-month period from your Tier Review Date. Sister Club members can move up and down any tier at any time but will be downgraded based on the Tier Spend accrued within the consecutive 12-month period.
    a) Sister Club tier to members who have an accrued Tier Spend between 0 and 399 in a consecutive 12-month period
    b) Diamond tier to members who have accrued Tier Spend between 400 and 799 in a consecutive 12-month period
    c) Pink Diamond tier to members who have accrued Tier Spend of 800 or over in a consecutive 12-month period.
 

Earning Sister Club Points and Bonus Points

  1. Sister Club Standard Points will be earned on all “eligible purchases”, this includes all purchases made excluding Prescription Only Medicine, the purchase of gift cards and other products where the grant of points would be otherwise prohibited by law. Standard points earned on eligible scheduled medicines (Pharmacy Medicine and Pharmacist Only Medicine) is valid from 1 August 2024. Bonus points may be offered from time to time at Priceline’s discretion during special promotions on selected products or services, excluding scheduled medicines (Pharmacy Medicine and Pharmacist Only Medicine). Bonus points are added to your Sister Club points balance and do not count towards your Sister Club tier status.
  2. A minimum of $1 must be spent in a single transaction to qualify for Sister Club Points.
  3. There are three (3) levels of Tier Spend which may be earned. Once each Tier Spend is reached, a specific number of Sister Club Points will be awarded:
    (a) Sister Club tier members, one (1) Sister Club Point is earned for every eligible $1 spent;
    (b) Diamond tier members, two (2) Sister Club Points are earned for every eligible $1 spent; and
    (c) Pink Diamond tier members, three (3) Sister Club Points are earned for every eligible $1 spent.
  4. Sister Club Points are accumulated based on whole dollars spent, inclusive of GST and based on your Sister Club tier status at the time of the transaction.
  5. Bonus points may be offered from time to time at Priceline’s discretion during special promotions on selected products or services. Bonus points are added to your Sister Club points balance and do not count towards your Sister Club tier status.
  6. Sister Club Points and Bonus Points (if any) are valid for a consecutive 12- month period and until the member qualifies for a Sister Club Reward voucher or the Sister Club Points are dealt with otherwise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  7. Sister Club tier members who have a linked and active OnePass membership will receive 2 Sister Club points per $1 spent in store when they use their linked Sister Club account. The OnePass membership must be either a free trial or paid membership to be considered active. The OnePass and Sister Club accounts must be linked at the time of purchase to earn bonus points.  Bonus Sister Club points are added to your Sister Club points balance and do not count towards your Sister Club tier status. This OnePass bonus applies to Sister Club tier members only. Diamond and Pink Diamond tier members, who are also active OnePass members, will continue to earn their existing tier bonus of 2 points per $1 spent in store and 3 points per $1 spent in store respectively.  For more information visit priceline.com.au/onepass  
  8. Sister Club Points will be added to your Sister Club account within 3 business days from your eligible purchase.
  9. The Sister Club card can be used online to collect Sister Club points and to accrue Tier Spend on eligible purchases at www.priceline.com.au, shopatomica.com.au and at all Priceline Stores.
  10. For any refunds on eligible purchases, the amount of Sister Club Points and Tier Spend accrued at the time of purchase will be deducted from your Sister Club account.
  11. To earn Sister Club Points on a purchase, the Sister Club member must be identified at the time of the purchase by either presenting a Sister Club card, Sister Club card number or other identifying information if requested. Otherwise, the transaction cannot be recorded and therefore, Sister Club Points cannot be granted. Sister Club Points cannot be granted retrospectively.
  12. From time to time bonus points can be earned for completing a Health Check on a Priceline Pharmacy Health Station. Bonus points are only issued for one use, per day, per member. Sister Club Points can only be earned by the cardholder on their personal Health Check, by swiping their Priceline Sister Club card, only once they have completed their Health Check. This is a special promotion for a specific collection period. Priceline Pharmacy has the right to stop this promotion at any time. You cannot accrue Tier Spend for completing a Health Check on a Priceline Pharmacy Health Station.
 

Points Expiry

  1. Sister Club Points and bonus points will expire 12 months after the date at which they were credited to a member’s account. Sister Club members who are Pink Diamond and Diamond tiers will not have their Sister Club Points or bonus points expire. In the event a Pink Diamond or Diamond member is downgraded to Sister Club tier, all Sister Club Points and bonus points will be subject to the standard Sister Club and bonus points expiry rule and will expire 12 months after being credited to a member’s account.
  2. Accumulated Tier Spend will expire upon the change of a Sister Club member’s tier status; at which point, Tier Spend will be reset to a zero (0) balance. You will then have a new period of 12 months to accrue Tier Spend to determine the next tier.
 

Sister Club Vouchers

  1. Sister Club vouchers will be distributed via email, SMS or in-store as determined by Priceline.
  2. For every 400 Sister Club Points (including bonus points) accrued within a consecutive 12-month period, these Sister Club Points will automatically be redeemed for a Sister Club $5 rewards voucher. Extra vouchers may also be issued from Sister Club from time-to-time.
  3. $5 vouchers earned from converting 400 Sister Club Points will be valid for three (3) months from the date they are issued. All other vouchers are valid for two (2) weeks, unless otherwise specified.
  4. It is the responsibility of the member to note the validity and expiry dates of your Sister Club vouchers. Expired vouchers will not be re-issued and any remaining value on these vouchers will be forfeited.
  5. You can view the Sister Club Points you have accrued free of charge at any time by visiting www.priceline.com.au. Priceline excludes any liability for any delay or error associated with the grant of points.
  6. The redemption value of points may be varied at Priceline’s discretion. Any change shall not affect points issued prior to the date of change. Any change will be notified to you via email and/or SMS.
  7. Reward vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers, or Prescription Only Medicine.
  8. The value of vouchers must be used before the expiry date. For the avoidance of doubt, Sister Club Points and Tier Spend will not be earned on the value of Sister Club rewards vouchers redeemed.
  9. Expired rewards vouchers are not redeemable, and amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired.
  10. If a purchase exceeds the rewards voucher amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options. If the purchase does not exceed the Rewards voucher amount, the balance of the rewards voucher will be forfeited.
  11. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed. Priceline does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen rewards vouchers.
  12. Priceline reserves the right to verify the identity of the bearer of the voucher or Sister Club card.
 

Other Sister Club Offers and Rewards

  1. From time to time, Priceline may contact members with exclusive offers via email, direct mail, SMS or in-store vouchers. These vouchers will have their own terms and conditions as well as expiry date. Terms and conditions should be located in the offer communication and/or on the voucher itself.

    33. To be eligible for any birthday related communications, Sister Club members must provide their date of birth and be opted into receiving marketing to a valid email address.

    34. Any gifts or samples that you receive as being part of the Sister Club program are not exchangeable. Gifts are only available while stock last and may vary.

(a) Sister Club members will receive two complimentary beauty boxes each year. These beauty boxes are only redeemable when a spend threshold and/or participating brand or category purchase is met and the member has either logged into their account online or scanned their Sister Club card in store at the time of purchase. Individual gift products cannot be exchanged. Limited stock available, subject to availability.  Actual gift products and packaging may vary from those shown. Brands may be available at selected stores only. Priceline reserves the right to suspend, vary, alter, or amend all or any part of this offer at any time.

Privacy

  1. By applying for and/or using a Sister Club card, each member agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with Priceline’s privacy policy available on www.priceline.com.au. You also consent to us collecting personal information about you, including information relating to the usage of your Sister Club card and products or serviced purchased by you. This information is collected so that we can send you relevant commercial messaging (marketing). This will allow us to share with you any relevant products or offers we may feel will be of benefit to you, while also providing you with extra value; which is part of being a Sister Club member and valued Priceline customer. General Sister Club Conditions

  1. You must notify the Customer Service Centre on 1300 88 44 11 or at info@priceline.com.au if your Sister Club card is lost or stolen, or your personal details change.
  2. Sister Club will send information to you regarding points balance, vouchers, tier notifications and points expiry. In order to receive these notifications, you must ensure that you have supplied us with a valid email address and/or marketing consent.
  3. You can check your Sister Club Points balance, Tier Spend accrual or Sister Club Vouchers at any time in-store or online, by logging into your account via www.priceline.com.au/login
  4. Sister Club Points, bonus points and Tier Spend may, at Priceline’s discretion, expire or be cancelled at any time. Members will be provided with 30 days’ notice in such event via email or SMS.
  5. To the extent permissible by law, Priceline will not be liable for any errors, omissions delays or disruptions in the operation of the Priceline Sister Club program including products purchased or redeemed, or any losses thereof.
  6. Priceline will not be responsible for any errors or delays caused by it or any third party (including third parties who may provide technology or other services to Priceline).
  7. The Sister Club card cannot be used as a credit or guarantee card.
  8. Priceline Stores are not permitted or authorised to make any representation, warranty, or statement on behalf of Priceline or other Priceline Stores in relation to the Sister Club program inconsistent to these Terms and Conditions. As such, Priceline accepts no liability in respect of any representation, warranty or statement made by any Priceline Store member.
  9. Third parties who may be involved in the program do not have any authority, express or implied, to make any representation, warranty, or statement on behalf of Priceline and Priceline accepts no liability in respect of such representations, warranties, or statements.
  10. Priceline reserves the right to accept or reject any application for a Sister Club card at its sole discretion (for example, if you have not complied with the program terms and conditions).
  11. Priceline reserves the right to, at its discretion, suspend or terminate a Sister Club membership for reasons including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any engagement in or suspicion of fraudulent conduct or improper use of the Sister Club card or Sister Club Points.
  12. Sister Club Points, Tier Spend and rewards can only be earned and redeemed by the holder of a Sister Club card in respect of their personal shopping. Sister Club Points and Tier Spend cannot be earned on purchases of commercial quantities of goods or services, or any purchases which are for a commercial purpose, including the resale of goods, as determined by Priceline. What will constitute a commercial quantity may depend on the type of goods purchased and will be subject to Priceline’s discretion. If this is suspected, Priceline may review and adjust the allocation and redemption of Sister Club Points, Tier Spend and rewards at any time.
  13. If a Sister Club membership is terminated, the member will not be eligible to receive any vouchers or other rewards for points accrued.
  14. Priceline reserves the right to suspend, vary, alter, or amend all or any part of these Terms and Conditions, or terminate the Sister Club program at any time. No suspension, variation, alteration, amendment or termination of these Terms and Conditions or the Sister Club program will affect any rewards vouchers which have been issued at the time of any alteration, amendment, or termination of the Sister Club program.
  15. Whilst Sister Club is free to join, there may be a fee to join affinity clubs also run by Priceline. Any fee to join an affinity club can be found on www.priceline.com.au or displayed in-store. These Terms and Conditions will apply to any affinity club, subject to any additional terms and conditions advised by Priceline.
  16. All members of the Sister Club program must reside in Australia. For members under the age of 18 years, permission from your parent or guardian must be obtained before joining the Sister Club.
  17. You are permitted to have one (1) Sister Club account at any time. For members with multiple accounts, we may automatically consolidate your accounts without prior notification. We only permit one (1) email address to be used per one (1) membership. Where possible, we will try to merge Sister Club Points and Tier Spend where possible.
  18. We recommend that customers register a valid email address so that relevant information, news and offers can be sent.
